You have reached the registration form to join the Chumley’s 2023 Fall BearCruise.

To receive a personalized quote, each guest in the cabin must complete an individual Registration Form. All information is required for us to give you an accurate quote. Once submitted, you can expect to be contacted by our travel agent within two business days. Your credit card will NOT be charged until we discuss cabin options with you and you have authorized the deposit to be charged. Completion of this document does NOT constitute a binding agreement for any purchase.

When sharing a cabin with a friend or partner, every participant must complete a registration form. Once registration forms have been completed for all individuals in your cabin, your request will be queued to us to work on your quote. If you have not heard from us, it is likely that we have not received all registrations for your cabin.

Itinerary

Sailing roundtrip from Fort Lauderdale to Princss Cays, Bahamas – San Juan, Puerto Rico – Amber Cove, Dominican Republic – Grand Turk, Turks & Caicos plus plus two days at sea.

Only guests booked into our group can participate in our functions. We can also assist your family members who may wish to accompany you.

Cabin Details and Pricing:

Rates noted below are per person. Taxes, Fees & Port Expenses of $193.64 per person will be added to the below fares and are subject to change.
Rates do not include airfare, hotel, pier transfers, beverages, excursions or items of a personal nature.
Rates quoted in U.S. dollars and reflect original contracted rates between our agency and Princess Cruises. Current rates may be lower or higher than rates noted below based on current promotions and availability of cabins at the time of booking. An agent of Connie George Travel will apprise you of any applicable pricing promotions and cabin options specific to your interests before moving forward with any booking and before charging your credit card.
Rates for third & fourth persons in a cabin, and rates for suites will be quoted in response to your registration.

All cabins have two twin beds that convert to a queen, mini-refrigerator, television, hairdryer, safe, desk/vanity with chair, closet, and private bathroom.

At that time, a deposit of $250 per person for double/triple/quad cabins or $500 for single occupancy will be charged.

Final payment is due and will be charged to the below credit card on July 28, 2023 unless you provide Connie George Travel Assoc. with a replacement card by July 14, 2023.

Note – All cancellations must be received by email no later than 5:00 PM two days prior to the penalty effective date.

Note – In the unlikely event that we do not reach a minimum number of participants to offer the full experience of activities and events as presented, this Chumley's BearCruise group may be cancelled prior to final payments becoming due. .

When booking this cruise package, you are agreeing to the following per person cancellation penalties:

Connie George Travel Assoc.

Effective 14 days after the initial deposit date - $50 per person
Effective 7/28/23, regardless of initial deposit date - $100 per person

Princess Cruises:

Effective 8/15/23 - 25% of cost
Effective 9/17/23 - 50% of cost
Effective 10/15/23 - 75% of cost
Effective 10/29/23 - no refund

Trip Insurance is strongly recommended. Rates are based on total trip cost and guest’s age starting at approximately $50. Upon receipt of your registration form and prior to booking, you will receive information for your consideration and a request to purchase or deny coverage. If you have a concern about a specific circumstance, please discuss it with our travel agent at the time of booking so we can best assist you.
